In checking her sales reports, I noticed that she was not getting credit for the sales (nor was I). Upon further investigation, I realized that she had not activated her online account and was therefor not earning any commissions!!!
If you haven't activated your account yet, do so right away.
The easiest way to do so is to find the welcome email that AMSOIL sent to you when you registered as a dealer. In that email there is a link that says "click here to activate your account" Simply click on that link, enter your dealer number and create a password and you are all set.

Alternatively, you can simply visit AMSOIL.com, click on the log-in button on the top right and then create a password
